• Family Therapy (90 minutes): $360

I maintain a sliding scale for clients for whom my standard rates are not accessible. If you are interested in services and would like to discuss sliding scale options please reach out.

Frequently asked questions

Do you take insurance?

I am considered an out of network provider with most insurance companies. This means that I do not bill insurance directly. If your insurance company offers out of network mental health coverage I can provide you with a particular type of receipt – called a superbill – that you can submit to your insurance company to be reimbursed. Full payment is required at the time of service.

How do I know if I have out of network mental health coverage?

Call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask “Do I have out-of-network mental health coverage?”

• If the answer is “no” then insurance will not reimburse you for sessions with me. You can still choose to work with me knowing that you will not be reimbursed, or you can look for a therapist who is in-network with your insurance.

• If the answer is “yes,” here are additional questions you may want to ask:

  • “Can I be reimbursed for a licensed independent clinical social worker?”

  • “Do I have a deductible? If so, how much is the deductible and how much is remaining?”

  • “Is there a co-payment or co-insurance to use out-of-network mental health benefits?”

  • “Is there a limit to how many mental health visits per year will be reimbursed?”

  • “What is the process for submitting out-of-network claims to be reimbursed?”
